                        Maribell Sarate

Maribell Sarate is a Colombian-born multidisciplinary artist with over 30 years of experience in visual arts. Her vibrant acrylic paintings, 3D sculptures, and wearable art reflect her rich heritage. Maribell has exhibited internationally in Colombia, Paris, and Austria and has won awards such as 1 Place Audience Choice at the 2016 North American Bodypainting Championship. She also teaches body painting workshops at various colleges in North Carolina.
